All summer, from early July until early September, Perkins Cove is alive with the sounds of music on Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6-8pm.

Bring your lawn chair (if you wish), a picnic, and gather your family and friends to enjoy evenings of live music in Ogunquit. All summer long, enjoy concerts featuring a great line-up of local ensembles and solo singer-songwriters performing at Rotary Park in Perkins Cove.

 

Last summer featured some terrific musical talent and families and friends’ groups flocked to Perkins Cove to enjoy evenings with live music floating across the salty sea air. The summer 2024 music line up will be announced a bit later in the spring and promises to be stellar.

Summer music in Perkins Cove and is presented by the Ogunquit Parks & Recreation Committee.  Free Admission.

The 4th  annual Ogunquit Perkins Cove Plein Air Event is a painting festival celebrating the rich and artful history of Perkins Cove and Ogunquit Maine. It is attended by more than 400 visitors to Perkins Cove, The Marginal Way, Ogunquit, and Ogunquit Beach. 

Schedule - Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024 (Rain Date: Sept. 8th)

9am-3pm: Enjoy watching more than 100 artists painting in Perkins Cove,

along The Marginal Way, & throughout Ogunquit.
3:30pm-5pm: Judging, Awards, and Wet Paint Sale.

All Day: Live Music, Art Demonstrations, and more!

What fun we had in 2023!

The annual Perkins Cove Halloween Celebration is a wickedly good time for children and adults alike. Each year costumed revelers descend on The Cove for trick or treating, costume contests, and family fun activities including a costume parade and contest, trick or treating throughout Perkins Cove, face painting and more on Saturday, October 21st, 2023. The spooky fun is part of the annual OgunquitFest celebration, held October 20th-22nd. Gather the family or some friends and kick off Halloween a little early in Perkins Cove, Ogunquit, Maine.
